- Focusses on a few topics
- Is usually very factual
- The best longevity book written
- The premium membership provides good added value
Cons
I've had Premium membership for almost a year. I love that Attia focuses on a few topics and doesn't talk about something he knows nothing about every week like Huberman does. Unfortunately, after a while you've heard pretty much everything and 90% of the content is repetitive.
