My experience with Aniva has been thoroughly positive. Making the appointment and having my blood taken went smoothly. But the highlight was definitely the personal consultation with the doctor (Jan). My results weren't just listed, they were actually explained to me—which values are important for me as an athlete, where the risks lie, and how I can take action myself. I find it particularly helpful that the supplements are not only recommended but also sent directly to me as part of my membership. Instead of having to spend a long time researching myself, I get everything delivered that is suitable for my blood values. I finally have a clear, well-founded plan at my fingertips and, at the same time, the certainty that I am taking exactly what my body really needs and what is good for it in the long term.
Cons
At the moment, I haven't found anything that could speak against Anviva Health. Professional and very comprehensive blood test.

Meine Erfahrung mit Aniva war durchweg positiv. Die Terminvereinbarung und die Blutabnahme verliefen reibungslos. Aber das Highlight war definitiv die persönliche Beratung mit dem Arzt (Jan). Meine Ergebnisse wurden nicht nur aufgelistet, sondern mir auch erklärt - welche Werte für mich als Sportler wichtig sind, wo die Risiken liegen und wie ich selbst etwas unternehmen kann. Besonders hilfreich finde ich, dass die Nahrungsergänzungsmittel nicht nur empfohlen, sondern im Rahmen meiner Mitgliedschaft auch direkt an mich geschickt werden. Anstatt selbst lange recherchieren zu müssen, bekomme ich alles geliefert, was für meine Blutwerte geeignet ist. Endlich habe ich einen klaren, fundierten Plan zur Hand und gleichzeitig die Gewissheit, dass ich genau das einnehme, was mein Körper wirklich braucht und was ihm auf lange Sicht gut tut.
Cons
Im Moment habe ich noch nichts gefunden, was gegen Anviva Health sprechen könnte. Professioneller und sehr umfassender Bluttest.
Goal

This gives you insights traditional doctors never provide. What makes me proudest is seeing how our personalized supplement packs and clear action plans actually change lives (my parents are our first customers). We've created a system that continuously monitors your health with 4-month cycles of re-testing, adjusting supplements, and updated action plans, connecting all data points to give you clarity and control over your health!
Cons
It's still in closed beta and super focused on crafting a high quality health operating system. The initial price is an investment (though *much less* than getting all these tests through traditional healthcare).
