Pros
I did the stress diagnostic measurement by Sapiens and am intrigued by the multi-modality of their approach, assessing numerous biomarkers across tissues (hair, saliva, ECG) together with a self-assessments. The resulting report is very insightful and I loved the personal, 1:1 debrief of the data with a Sapiens-coach. It really pinned down the areas where I have the biggest leverage to balance my health with reasonable effort.
Cons
Seems quite neat already. I'm curious about the results of my follow up measurement to determine if the intervention in these focus areas has an impact on the data.

I wanted to obtain an objective assessment of my health parameters and stress levels and was curious to work with a health & lifestyle coach.

Pros
It's a unique product, in my opinion very well thought out. The stress diagnostic kit itself is high quality apart from the fact that the company is new. People in Sapiens are highly driven and motivated to help clients with reducing their stress levels, recognising what they can improve, raising their health levels. I think that stress is more and more becoming a topic of discussion these days, since work intensity increases for everyone. Overall people in Sapiens are young, very well educated, highly motivated, professionals in their field and that is reflected in the company itself.
