Lately, a tiny ritual has made a huge difference for me: a single 30-second “reset breath” every time I switch tasks. Four seconds in, a slow six-to-eight out, and then naming the next step out loud. It instantly grounds my mind and keeps my day from running on autopilot. Thanks for including me ;) Trying to be more active here
