Wake up without an alarm after 7 hours+ sleeping

- Ezetimibe (med), omega-3 fish oils, vitamin D3, K2, and sometimes magnesium L-threonate with a light breakfast
Lunch is low carb
Sauna after work, with cold shower
- Dinner - finish all eating 3h prior to bedtime
- Decompress 90 min prior to bedtime
- May take another magnesium L-threonate near bedtime
