Pros
Convenient All-in-One Formula: AG1 combines a variety of vitamins, minerals, and greens into a single scoop, which can simplify ones morning routine.

Broad Nutrient Spectrum: It covers the basics (like vitamins and probiotics), so it’s a decent “one-stop” supplement for overall wellness.

Easy to Mix: Dissolves fairly well in water or a smoothie, so it doesn’t add too much time to daily prep.
Cons
High Cost: The price tag can be steep, especially if you’re taking it daily long-term.

Acquired Taste: It has a somewhat grassy/earthy flavor which isn’t for everyone. Some may find it unpleasant unless mixed with juice or a flavored smoothie.

Opaque Ingredient List: While they list the main components, the exact quantities of some ingredients are proprietary, making it harder to know precisely how much you’re getting of each.

Not a One-Size-Fits-All: Despite the “all-in-one” claim, individual nutrient requirements vary widely. You may still need to supplement with additional targeted products.

Possible GI Sensitivity: A few individuals report mild stomach discomfort or bloating, which could be due to the probiotic strains or certain herbal ingredients.
Goal
My main goal with AG1 was to simplify my supplement routine and cover baseline nutritional needs. While it streamlines my morning ritual, the steep price, unique taste, and lack of transparency on exact ingredient amounts make me question whether it’s worth sticking with in the long run.

Pros
I really like the marketing and packaging.
Cons
I hate the taste. So much so that I had it only twice. After the recent scandals, I'm questioning the claimed benefits.
Goal
Test the product.

Pros
Nice color 🤷‍♂️
Cons
It’s overhyped and doest seem to provide much nutrition-wise that you cannot get somewhere else for much less. Health claims are unsustained. It tastes terrible.
Goal
A friend gave it to me to try after his disappointment. I did not have a personal goal.

Pros
• Comprehensive nutritional profile: AG1 does offer a wide range of nutrients in a single serving, which includes vitamins, minerals, probiotics, fiber, antioxidants and natural plant extracts. It’s designed to replace the need for multiple supplements, which could be convenient for some users.
Cons
• Terrible taste: The taste is really off-putting, making it difficult to incorporate into a daily routine. It’s marketed as a simple, convenient solution, but the unpleasant flavor makes it a chore to drink every day.
• Overhyped product: AG1 seems to be overly hyped, with the brand heavily relying on influencer marketing. Their tactics give the impression that the focus is more on advertising than delivering a genuinely superior product.
• Quality concerns: While AG1 includes a range of nutrients, the quality of some ingredients is questionable. There are concerns about the sourcing and effectiveness of some of the plant extracts and probiotics, which don’t seem to provide the benefits advertised. For the price, I expected extensively tested, high-quality ingredients.
• Better alternatives available: There are other supplements on the market that offer better formulations at a more reasonable price. Many alternatives include higher-quality ingredients and better dosing of certain nutrients, all without the marketing hype.
• Overpriced for what you get: The product is expensive considering its quality and the alternatives available. It doesn’t seem to live up to the promises made in the promotional content, and for the price, I expected a more refined product.
Goal
To find a convenient, all-in-one supplement to streamline my nutrition routine, but AG1 has been a disappointment. Between the terrible taste, the overhyped marketing and the availability of better alternatives, it’s not something I’d recommend.

Pros
1. Taste: tastes good & gives you the feeling (!) of doing something good for your health

2. Easy to integrate into your daily life as preparation goes very quick
Cons
1. It just doesn't have an effect beyond the good feeling you have to drink something "healthy". If you have a proven deficiency in one of the areas AG1 promises to help you, you might see an effect in the longterm if you consume it consistently. Check medical studies to see how it (doesn't) work for anyone without deficiencies.

2. Pricy is just too high.
Goal
Wanted to test it to see what's behind the hype. Tracked results with blood tests and evaluating the day to day feeling I had.

- AG1 is intransparent about the amount of the ingredients
- High price
- It's not really clear how helpful green powders are
Goal
- Easy intake of supplements
- Prevention of undersupply
