Very easy to digest. Yuzu flavour tastes refreshing and not obnoxious.
May or may did not improve my mental health or sleep. mmh.

I got this for a discount and I'm not into health measurement yet,
so I have no idea if this did anything to my body after a 30 day period.
I will discontinue this supplementation and go back to my basics.
