- More favourable compared to brands like AG1
- Made in Germany
- Reduces the number of individual supplements
- Focuses on vitamins
Cons
- After a few months you can no longer get rid of the flavour
- Very oily
- You may have an oversupply of some vitamins in the long term, especially fat-soluble vitamins. I find the dosage a little too strong
- Difficult to transport, e.g. when travelling on business
