My Routines

Morning:
- Wake up around 7 AM
- Weigh yourself with Withings scale
- Check sleep data from Oura Ring
- Take: 5g Creatine, 1 Omega-3 capsule, 1 drop liquid Vitamin D (1000 IU)

Afternoon:
- Lunch: 4 eggs with 1/2 avocado or Greek yogurt (10% fat) with blueberries
- 10 minutes meditation

Evening:
- In bed by 10 PM
- Wear blue light blocking glasses
- 5 minutes breathing exercises

Miscellaneous:
- Cold plunge: 1-2x per week
- Sauna: Every Sunday
