Device for guided meditation and breathing exercises., bio-feedback on breathing, sleep tracking.
Measures HR and HRV via ECG, so the measurements are probably a lot more accurate than Whoop's or Oura's. Continuous monitoring would only allow for around 5 hours until the battery must be recharged. This is due to the live sampling rate.
It's great to see how your breathing and meditation affects HR, HRV and a calmness score that is given.

Unfortunately the company was sold and the products won't be supported after mid 2026.
Sleep tracking is subpar. Sometimes the devices gives outliers that distort the diagrams/graphs after a session.
