• wake up at 6.30 am

• yoga sun salutation routine app. 10 minutes
• meditation and reflection on stoic or Zen philosophy 10 minutes
• no breakfast (intermittent fasting)
• 15 min biking to bring my daughter to Kindergarten
Afternoon
• Short breaks for movement or fresh air
• take a fast walk for 3-5 km
Evening
• wind down (yoga, soft movement)
• sleeping at 11pm
