Wake-up: 06:30 am
- Ayurvedic tongue scraping
- Daily weight control
- Protein based breakfast

Workout:
- Strength: weight training in the gym
- Cardio: 30min running
- Mobility

Wind-Down:
- Blue Blocker glasses (Lichtblock)
- Red light therapy (Lichtblock UNO)
- Red ring light for reading (Lichtblock Luce)

Sleep:
- 16-18° C romm temperature
- no lights (use sleep mask if necessary)
- no sounds (use custom-fit ear plugs if necessary)
- oxygen (use NOSON nasal dilator in addition to straightening the nasal septum)
- red night lights with motion sensor below hip height (Lichtblock Amico)
