My Routines

Morning: Normally when I have day or evening shift , I wak e up at 4:30 am. Drink a glass of few times a week with a pinch of seasalt, then Have a cup of coffee sugar free (I'm type 2 diabetic), and pack of multi grain crackers. Hop on the indoor trainer or take my mtb for a 1, 2 or 3 hr depends on the day. There after I'll take a bath and go to work or if I'm free I'll eat 2 boiled eggs and a cup of oatmeal in boiled water. If I have to work I'll have break fast at work. Thru the day I'll drink lots of water . For lunch I'll have some chicken breast and 1/2 cup of rice and a big salad. For dinner half avocado and and tuna salad, 1 slice of whole grain bread. Before bed I'll take 400mg of magnesium and ashwaganda. That's most times my day.
