I founded sondermoment.com, a card set that turns small talk into real relationships (and marriages!). I come from a banking background, but my obsession with social health began with my grandmother (she lived to be 97 and was very socially active). The topics that are most important to me are connection, strength training, and women's longevity. But I'm not dogmatic—a good wine, a fun evening, and a bit of padel keep me balanced. I escape most Berlin winters in SEA, where I fell in love with the underwater world.

My Routines
Training: 3x strength training, 2-3x zone 2, also level up padel this year
Recovery: Sauna 1-3x/week (90°C, 15-20min), walk after lunch
Nutrition: Meal prep, 90g+ protein/day, creatine on strength training days
Health monitoring: Annual blood tests, supplements depending on results
Social health: Good times with good people, sometimes that means wine and a dance floor, sometimes karaoke or a game night.
