Ich habe gerade angefangen, mich über Vorsorgeuntersuchungen zu informieren und habe noch keine Erfahrung damit. Ich bin an einer umfassenden Untersuchung interessiert, nicht nur, um mögliche Gesundheitsprobleme frühzeitig zu erkennen, sondern auch, um mir ein genaues Bild von meinem aktuellen Gesundheitszustand zu machen.
Im Idealfall suche ich nach einem Anbieter, der mehr als nur einen Testbericht liefert und einen klaren, umsetzbaren Plan anbietet, was auf der Grundlage der Ergebnisse als nächstes zu tun ist.
Gibt es wichtige Dinge, auf die ich bei der Auswahl eines Anbieters achten sollte?

I just started looking into preventive health check-ups and don’t have any experience with them. I’m interested in getting a full check-up, not only for early detection of potential health issues, but also to get a detailed picture of my current health status.
Ideally, I’m looking for a provider that gives more than just a test report and actually offers a clear, actionable plan for what to do next based on the results.
Are there any important things I should watch out for when choosing a provider?
Since I’m still new to this topic, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences, tips, or recommendations.

Das ist eine gute Frage! Es gibt natürlich viele Unternehmen, die verschiedene Arten von Gesundheits-Checkups anbieten. Wo die meisten "scheitern", ist genau das, worauf Du angespielt hast, der umsetzbare Plan (obwohl ich in diesem Fall Strategie bevorzuge).
Wo bist Du ansässig?
Wie preissensibel bist Du? Die Angebote reichen von einfachen Blutuntersuchungen mit automatisch generiertem Insights-PDF (ab 150 €) bis hin zu einem Concierge-Service, der alle Deine individuellen Bedürfnisse abdeckt ($$$).

This is a good question! There are obviously lots of companies offering different types of health checkups. Where most "fail" is exactly on what you eluded to, the actionable plan (although I prefer strategy in this instance).
Where are you located?
How price sensitive are you? The offerings range from simple blood work with automatically generated insights PDF (€150 and up) to a concierge service which will cater to all your individual needs ($$$).
