Carbon Diet
Carbon is a smart diet coaching app built by nutrition experts to help achieve long-lasting results. It was created by Layne Norton, who holds a PhD in Nutritional Sciences and has coached over 1,700 clients since 2005. The app works in three steps: you set a goal (weight loss, gain, maintenance, or reverse dieting), track your food using their database, and check in weekly. The science-based coaching system then analyzes your progress and refines your nutrition targets to keep you moving toward your goal.
