FACTS is a German supplement brand that takes a systems-based approach to daily nutrition. Instead of selling standalone products, they offer stackable health systems — from Daily Essentials covering core micronutrients and omega-3s to specialized modules for sleep, brain function, athletic performance, and skin health. All formulations are developed with scientists from institutions like the Charité Berlin and the Max Planck Institute, manufactured in IFS/GMP-certified facilities in Germany, and independently lab-tested for purity. Every system is designed to be safely combined without risking ingredient overlap or overdosing.

FACTS Daily Essentials

Pros
- Very interesting capsule-in-capsule concept: an outer capsule with algae oil (Omega-3) and an inner capsule with additional micronutrients
- The lipid layer may support the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and improve overall bioavailability
- Smart design that allows the nutrients to reach further parts of the digestive tract before being released, which could support absorption
- Contains a solid range of micronutrients, especially various B-vitamins, zinc, selenium and iodine
- Inclusion of astaxanthin as an antioxidant is a nice and somewhat uncommon addition
- Vegan omega-3 source from algae oil, which fits well into a modern supplement approach
- Overall feels like a thoughtfully designed and high-quality product from a solid brand
Cons
- As with most all-in-one micronutrient products, the formula cannot be tailored to individual needs
- Fixed capsule dosing means it may not perfectly match personal deficiencies or biomarker results
- In many cases a blood test followed by targeted supplementation can be the more precise strategy
Goal
Test the "capsule in capsule" approach and find a solid solution to cover EHA/DPA + micronutrients.

FACTS Daily Vitality

Pros
- Interesting all-in-one concept combining protein, fiber, creatine and micronutrients in a single product
- Powder dissolves extremely well and mixes smoothly in water
- Taste is ver good (nice orange flavor and very pleasant overall)
- Fully vegan formula, which is great to see in this category
- Covers several nutritional areas at once (protein intake, fiber, micronutrients)
Cons
- Due to the fiber content, there can be a slight adjustment phase for digestion in the beginning
- As with most all-in-one products, the formula cannot be perfectly tailored to individual needs
Goal
I wanted to test a convenient all-in-one daily nutrition powder that combines protein, fiber and micronutrients in one product and provides a slight energy uplift during the day.
