Pros
- Firstbeat offers a wearable for accurate HRV, HF and respiration rate measuring which gives insights into stress, recovery and fitness
- The measuring is very accurate due to ECG via electrodes
- Due to the ECG the stress and recovery diagram is very accurate and reliant on a second & minute level
- They have a nice app which provides lots of insights
- One can make a diary to connect physiological reactions based on life events
- One can do a 30min walking test which provides and estimation for the VO2max

Cons
- The Firstbeat certainly is not too comfortable compared to other wearables due to electrodes which need to be applied to the body
- One has to remove the electrodes before showering and apply new ones
- After a couple exchanges of the electrodes the skin can be quite irritaded

I wanted to have an accurate measuring of my HRV (wearables with optical sensors are not too accurate in terms HRV measurement).
