Pros
- Nurosym is a medical grade vagus nerve stimulator with lots of scientific studies and medical advisors on board
- Within 4 months of using the Nurosym regularly (next to other healthy habits) I was able to increase my average HRV by ~ 20%
- It has a 30 money-back guarantee so one can easily test it
- Comes with a nice packacking and case to transport it
- Introductions for using the device are pretty clear
- Battery life is incredible, nearly never have to charge the device
Cons
- The device is quite expensive
- Clipping the cable around the ear is not really super so sometimes the electrodes feel a little bit loose
Goal
I was looking for a vagus nerve stimulator to improve overall wellbeing as well as HRV. My goal was to be more in the parasympathetic state.

I am happy with the Nurosym and will continue to use it long-term. Especially when it comes to applying electricity at/in the body I want to have a safe and professional product.
