What’s the oral health consensus on fluoride vs. hydroxyapatite toothpaste and which should you choose?

The debate around the potential risks of fluoride continues. I’m curious—what toothpaste do you use, and which ones would you recommend?

Hey,

For hydroxyapatite form , the best is nano-hydroxyapatite.

Good one is from Biocidin :

I hadn’t heard of it before, so I’ll definitely take a closer look. Do you know if they ship to the EU or Germany?

I’ve been really happy with my Wild Origins toothpaste so far. It’s a bit pricier, but the ingredients are clean and the taste is great. I can definitely recommend it.

You can order it from iherb, but as well there were some resellers in EU.

Moreover take a look on mouth pre-biotics :)
