My Routines
So, mainly the usual lifestyle:
Exercise - balance of aerobic and strength training
Movement - get up from desk regularly throughout the day
Diet - mainly pescatarian with meat 1-2 a month
Alcohol - a few units a week
Supplements - vitamin D, B9 (as I am naturally very low) and creatine. Though have tried various NAD boosters.
Blood tests - at least annual to track general health
