My Routines

Currently I am subscribed to Human Upgrade protocol to check my health!

Morning routine
- wake up at 4:30 AM, brush teeth clean tongue, Withings Scale, hydrogen water
- preparing breakfast (while time restricted fasting between 16 en 18 hours)
- supplements vitamun d, k, c, e,... + to get my microbiome optimal again
- organic Breakfast: Nutrifoodz Protein shake + undutched dark chocolate + dried blueberries + alfalfa and broccoli sprouts
- barefoot morning walk + flexibility with stretches in the grass
- ewot oxygen therapy combo with strength training (1 times a week minimum)
- trying to do a morning run before the job (spring & summer)
- arriving at the job at about 6:45 AM: Cold shower

12:00pm: 30 minutes walk with barefoot option in the parc

After work
- barefoot walking when there is still time left, relax

Evening
- go to bed before 20 PM
- wind down an hour before bed (blue light blocking glasses, listening to music and/or reading a book)
- infrared sauna for 20 minutes at max 65 degrees C between 16 and 18 PM (minimum 1 time a week)
- PEMF 20 minutes with Recharge Health Flexbeam
