My Routines

Morning routine
- wake up (alarm set at 4:30 AM)
- check Oura sleep score asap
- check weight with Withings Scale
- drink 500 ml filtered water
- brush teeth clean tongue mouth wash tea tree oil
- sauna minimum 4 times per week (from March until October)
- heating up the sauna while preparing breakfast (while time restricted fasting between 16 en 18 hours)
unfreeze deepfrozen blueberries strawberry + washing alfalfa and broccoli sprouts, ...
take a 20 min IR sauna temperature between 65° and 75° C (do some stretches in the sauna and training hand pressure and squats)
Cold shower after sauna

- arriving at the job at about between 7 AM and 8 AM

Evening routine
- go to bed before 20 PM
- wind down an hour before bed (blue light blocking glasses, listening to music and/or reading a book)
