Morning
• Wake up at 5:55 AM
• Drink water with salt and lemon
• Take two scoops of More Life personalised supplements
• Do 15-20 minutes of calisthenics
• 10-minute Waking Up meditation
• Eat a 4-egg omelet (3 whole eggs + 1 egg yolk)
• Eat frozen blueberries with Greek yogurt, cacao nibs, and organic local honey
• Drive to office by bike: journal, review tasks planned the day before, write down Oura metrics
• Go to gym (solely for sauna):
• Start with 80-second ice-cold shower
• 15-20 min sauna session
• Finish with 80-second ice-cold shower
Afternoon
• Protein-rich, single-ingredient lunch
• Walk outdoors after lunch
Evening
• Try to eat dinner before 6 PM or skip dinner
• Dim lights after 8 PM
• Take 300mg magnesium bisglycinate
• Aim for bedtime at 9 PM
• Shower before bed
• Set Eight Sleep mattress to 18°C
• Sleep in a pitch-black room, use an eye mask
