My Routines

Morning: Waking up 6am. Getting myself and my son dressed. Making a protein rich musli for me and him with nuts, fresh fruits, chinoa, chia, and lots of other seeds including 5g of creatine.
Taking supplements (Omega 3, Vit D, Mg, Vit B, Zink with my luke warm lemon water, giving omega 3 and Vit D to my son.

Work / Kita / Sports - supplementing protein

Evening: Trying to cook fresh most of the time or salad.
Supplements in the eve: Mg L Threonate / Biglycinate, 5g creatine

Just received my Mini-Sauna and very excited about using it 4-5x/week.
