Do 20 x 3
jumping jacks, pushups and squats
Do 4 exercises for my core
Sideplank, Sit Up, Superman, Plank
Everyday 30 minutes getting out into the sunlight (even it is cloudy)
Drink warm water and rinse my mouth with hydrogen peroxide (helps me to prevent dental issues and also keep my teeth white)
Afternoon (15:30-17:30)
Take a walk or go for a run (60 minutes)
Do some bouldering
Read a book or listen to an audiobook
Evening (21:30-22:30)
Use my bluelight blocking glasses
Use my red light
Trigger myself with a massage gun
Do some brain dumping
Talk with my girlfriend
Be grateful for what I have and what I reached so far
