8 to 15 minutes of breathwork
Stretching or training
Lukewarm water with lemon juice
Supplements: Magnesium, iron, gut bacteria & in autumn & winter Ester-C
Afternoon / Evening:
Spending time in nature or going for a short walk
Healthy selfmade dinner with a decent portion of veggies
Supplements: Zinc & vitamin D (especially in winter)
No phone 1h before sleeping
Occassionally:
Meditation
Fascia rolling
