My Routines

Currently in a strict 16 week protocol in 2026 following longevity clinic visit.
This is my typical London regimen:

Morning
- 15 minutes meditation
- 15 minutes breathwork
- 10 minutes journalling
- 15 minutes fascial alignment
- 2 shots black coffee

Diet
I love food. But right now on my protocol I fast up to 18-20 hours, prioritise whole foods, minimal red meat (grass fed), plenty of eggs, fish, some chicken.

No peptides / stem cells yet.

2x VO2 Max / Sprints / Norwegian 4x4
2x Resistance / Strength
2x Hot Hoga / Pilates
4-6x Cold Plunge / Sauna

Weekly Relax
1-2x Sound Baths
