About half an hour of stretching and a few morning exercises (sit-ups, push-ups, etc.)
Around 7:55 I get on my bike and go to work.
Lunch: 13:30
Evening:
End working: 17:00
Evening run for about 1hr
Dinner: 19:00
Me-time till: 23:00
Weekends: Skateboarding
