My Routines

✨ start with protein, fibre, creatinin & green tea
✨ daylight when walking my son to school
✨ first and often last coffee around 11am or before challenges

✨ strength training 4x/week because focus now is on muscle
✨ walking pad when not in meetings
✨ heat and cold exposure whenever i have time and feel ready

✨ presence in relationships with regular physical and emotional bonding
✨ focus on sleep and stress management second half of cycle
✨ acupressure mat before sleeping, instant relaxation for me :)
