Natalie Rechberg is dedicated to enabling women through body literacy and menstrual cycle insights. As CEO of Valley Electronics AG and creator of Daysy and Teena, her mission is clear: to simplify and enhance women’s health through cycle tracking. With over 40 years of family expertise in fertility technology, she grew up in a field centered on women’s wellness. Inspired by her father, Natalie creates tools that help women make informed choices about their bodies and lives.

- Wake up at 6:45 AM and take BBT with Daysy
- Get the kids ready for school
- Drink warm water with lemon and take supplements
- Do 30 minutes of Pilates
- Get ready, have breakfast
- Be at the desk by 9 AM
Lunch / Midday
- Kids return from school
- Have lunch together
- Help with school homework
- Return to work at the desk
Afternoon
- Take a 1-hour walk in the mountains with her husband
Evening
- Have dinner at 6 PM
- Spend time with the family
- Take Omega-3 and Magnesium
- Go to bed by 10 PM
Other
- Sauna twice a week
- Horse riding three times a week
