My Routines

Morning: wake up 6:45 - check sleep data oura - 7:30 1 drop liquid vitamin D, 3g creatine & 2 omega3 capsules;
Mid morning: isoclear whey shake; on training days: 5 capsules EAA before training - strength training before lunch break;
Evening: go to bed between 21:30 and 22:30; take 2 capsules nu3 magnesium complex;
Strength training 3x/week - plyo training 1x/week - 30 min zone 2 cardio 1x/week
