Pros
Interesting to test another biomarker I didn't know about which is ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate).
It's an inflammation marker.

Happy to have it similar to that of a 14 year old according to Miller formula.
Cons
My friend, 15 years younger than me did it and had the same result maybe it's normal I don't know we would need more people tested and comparisons.
Goal
Curiosity and see if I'm in normal range or if I should worry about something unexpected.
