It also tastes very good stirred into soy yoghurt for breakfast.
I tolerate it very well and have no feeling of fullness afterwards (approx. 25-30g per portion).
I "dilute" it with a neutral protein powder and add some more cacao to it to cover that unwelcomed aftertaste.
Clean formulation, good balance of dosing of individual components - but on the lower end!, no combination of ingredients that could hinder each other's uptake (as far as my current knowledge goes).
And: comes in 2 separate versions with and without iodine for those with thyroid issues! :-)
