Medicom's ubiquinol is pharmaceutical grade, stable, bioavailable and free from any unnecessary additives. I've been using it every morning for over a decade because it's really good for mitochondrial function, cell energy and heart health. It's well tolerated and, when taken regularly, it noticeably affects energy levels and the ability to regenerate, including mentally.
Cons
The price is a bit high, and you'll need to keep an eye on your budget if you're going to use it long-term. But you do get really good service, and you can save money with the graduated discounts and club membership.

Pros
Krill oil isn't the same as fish oil, and you can definitely tell the difference. The phospholipid binding in krill oil makes it really bioavailable, especially for the brain, cell membranes and hormonal balance. Medicom supplies a high-quality product from Aker Biomarine with a high EPA/DHA content, combined with astaxanthin as natural cell protection and choline to support fat metabolism. I've been taking it every morning for years – it's one of my go-to's for keeping the inflammation under control, helping me think straight and feeling more balanced. The best thing about it is that it doesn't make that fishy burping, taste or smell.
Cons
Krill oil, especially this quality, isn't the cheapest option in the omega-3 range.
Goal
This is great for cognitive health, cardiovascular protection, vision and hormonal balance. It's a smart supplement, especially for women in their midlife, to counteract silent inflammation and brain fog – not as a quick fix, but as part of a long-term health plan.
