- With the epigenetic age you get 2 additional genetic test results: APOE & MTHFR (turned out more interesting for me)
- Bottomline: not sure I'll repeat it often, but it was worth it once for sure
- It's quite expensive given the information value (a general problem with epigenetic bio age tests)
- the 29-page report is a mix of overwhelming scientific lingo and recommendation banalities (more exercise, less stress, better nutrition...)
