Pros
Unlike most doctors - even those working in "prevention" - Ali walks the talk. He looks fit and he is fit which adds much credibility to his training & nutrition advice. (adding to the fact that he's a team doc for a GT racing team). Also unlike most doctors, Ali likes to spend time on explaining diagnostic outcomes and shaping therapies at length. I appreciate his 12 years of experience as a specialist for cardiology & internal medicine.
Cons
Since I live in Berlin I cannot easily visit PreventicsOne physically. For some 'objective' diagnostics this isn't a big deal (like labs, MRIs etc.). Especially for sonography I need to rely on other doctors' work and can only forward their analysis (though that's good in a way as it introduces a four-eye-principle).
Goal
Find an experienced doctor that is 100 % focussed on prevention & healthspan and willing to work remotely.

Pros
- A wonderful practice with a holistic approach to health checkups and prevention
- The team and the doctor are very friendly and highly competent
- Ali takes a lot of time to explain everything thoroughly and in an easy-to-understand manner
- The place is very clean and easy to reach in Düsseldorf
Cons
- Not really a con but potentially there could be more diagnostics like e.g. DEXA Scan, stool tests or functional movement analysis
Goal
I wanted to have a holistic full-body check-up from a medical doctor who has lot's of experience in this field.

I am very happy with the overall experience and Ali as a doctor and can certainly recommend him!
