- Relatively cheap compared to others
- You have to use a gel with the device which can be gluey and annoying to clean
- While vagus nerve stimulation is science backed and beneficial, the Pulsetto is not a CE medical product. Nevertheless it has a FCC certification. From my perspective, when you work with electricity at/in your body, you should be double secure that the product you use is safe.
- They are very aggressive in their marketing which can be annoying
Unfortunately for me personally the experience with the Pulsetto wasn't really satisfying (but may be for others).

The conductive gel is inconvenient and leaves visible residue on the skin that looks like dried flakes.
The blinking lights are disruptive and make the device unsuitable for nighttime use, especially when using it after waking up to fall back asleep.
The illumination is so bright that it lights up the entire bedroom, which interferes with sleep.
