StressWatch
StressWatch is designed for those who want to understand and manage stress proactively—a key pillar in longevity and biohacking. Using data from your Apple Watch and Apple Health (especially HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, fitness, mood, hydration, and caffeine), StressWatch evaluates your body’s stress signals, tracks trends over time, and gives alerts when things are shifting in an unhealthy direction.
It offers helpful tools including widgets for quick stress status, customizable watch face complications, and a visually engaging indicator (e.g. changing colors or “faces”) so you can tell at a glance how you’re doing.
