• Meals: Vegetarian and high-protein for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Work: Building Autonome
• 11:00 PM : Lights out
Workouts:
2 - 3x Weightlifting
2 - 3x Running: Intervals, speed distance, or long distance
1 - 2x HIIT
Diet:
• Vegetarian
• 2g protein/kg body weight daily
• I don't drink alcohol
• No supplements. I keep it clean.
