Can MCT Oil Boost EPO and red blood cell production?
A new human study shows: just 8 days of MCT oil (10g-35g/day) increased EPO (erythropoietin) by 38% — a hormone that boosts red blood cell production and oxygen delivery. Great news for energy, endurance & healthy aging. Sounds promising for optimized endurance. I'll continue putting MCT C8 oil in my daily morning espresso and bulletproof coffees. But take care not to start with the full 35g per day when you're new to MCT oil (avoiding digestive problems).
