Salt intake: How to find the right balance?
You often hear that you should avoid too much salt because it can be harmful. On the other hand, some say that many people don’t get enough, especially if you eat clean or work out a lot.
How can I find out my personal sweet spot?
Do you track your salt or electrolyte intake in any way?
And have you noticed a difference when increasing or reducing it?
