Sauna routine for max. benefits

I recently started going to the sauna more regularly and was curious what routines others follow

How often do you go, how long do you stay in, and what temperature do you use?

Do you prefer dry or steam sauna?

Have you noticed any specific benefits?

my dry sauna routine: once a week, 3×15 min, after 30 min cardio. I don't know the exact temperature, maybe 80-90°C. benefits: feels good, at least it's 90min digital detox :)

I am having better REM sleep when I use the infrared sauna (Infrared sauna for health now only € 2299,-)

I am trying to use it at minimum once a week and currently during the summer season I only have to go up to 50 ° C to start sweating! I heat up to 50, then I put the sauna off and it stays "hot" for the remaining 10 minutes while doing some stretching / breath exercises.

When I am taking the sauna, it is usually 2 hours before going to sleep.

I love barrel sauna after every workout

3x week at 75*C is enough

At hot days 65*C otherwise I am dying in there

Feels completely different than huge Spa Saunas where I love it around 90*C

3 sessions of min 8min whatever feels good at that moment or how interesting the discussion is :-)
