What’s your take on tap water?
I’ve been thinking more about the water I drink daily and was wondering what your take is on tap water and what you prefer.
I’ve heard that glass bottles can sometimes contain more microplastics than single-use plastic bottles — apparently due to the industrial cleaning process.
Reverse osmosis seems to be the gold standard, but it also comes at a price.
So I’m curious
What kind of water do you drink daily?
Tap, filtered, bottled, or something else?
What’s your go-to if the goal is to avoid microplastics and harmful substances as much as possible?
