I use it in my infrared cabin, which reaches temperatures of up to 70 °C. It is well suited for this environment.
The effects are noticeable on a daily basis.

The effects are noticeable on a daily basis.
Cons
After around 20 minutes, the device becomes extremely hot and can no longer be touched safely.
The mounting solutions do not work for my sauna setup, so improvisation is required.
