Gadgets to support circadian rhythm
Now that it’s getting dark earlier and mornings stay dim longer, I’m curious:
Anyone here use gadgets to support your circadian rhythm?
For example:
– Wearing blue light blockers to wind down at night
– Using a sunrise lamp to wake up more naturally
– Tweaking lighting at home to match the rhythm of the day
Any hacks, routines, or gadgets you swear by?
