Natural ways to lower blood pressure
I’ve recently started looking into natural methods to lower blood pressure.
High blood pressure is one of the most common health issues worldwide, affecting over 1.3 billion people and in most cases, it’s not primarily genetic.
Even if you’re not affected yourself, I’d love to hear what natural interventions you’d recommend or have heard about.
For example, I’ve heard about the long-term use of beetroot juice to open up blood vessels and support lower blood pressure.
