My Routines
• Wake up at 6:45am
• Lie in bed for 15 minutes with the window open to breathe and reset
• Start the day with 3x12 pull-ups and a glass of water
• Prepare breakfast – usually quark with banana and oats
• Take ATMON LABS C01, and drink a protein shake with Creapure creatine
During the day:
• Lunch at 12pm, focused on greens, proteins, and complex carbs
• An espresso to recharge and get going again
Evening:
• Workout around 7pm, focused on strength and 20 minutes of cardio activation
• Dinner is mostly greens and proteins, low in carbs
• Go to bed around 11pm
