- Soak in the morning sunshine in my backyard (Thank you, California!)
- Morning tea, and news
- Start work around 8:30 am
Mid-Day
- Boiled Eggs, Cheese and Sour dough Slice
- Black Coffee (Love the Pete's French Roast)
Lunch
- Grilled Protein of choice, salads or fajitas, some carbs
Afternoon Snack
- Fresh fruit (preferably from the backyard)
Evening
- Break from work
- A glass of Hazy IPA (just one is enough)
- Family time
Dinner
- Grilled Protein of choice, salads or fajitas, some carbs
Late Night
- Work Wrap up
- Bed time by 11:30 pm (most days)
