Pros
Used it to treat certain periods when it was important to support my gut, after antibiotics, very stressful period or after being sick multiple times in a short period. Always improved my overall feeling, my digestion, lesser bloating, more energy.
Cons
You need to keep them always closed, individual pills always dry out very quickly when you get them separate.

Magnesium Komplex

Pros
The magnesium complex contains 5 different types of magnesium. Sunday Naturals and Biogena offer Magnesium Complex with 7 and 9 types of magnesium respectively. However, the magnesium from Biogena is considerably more expensive and the magnesium from Sunday Naturals also contains vitamin C. For me, after a long period of research, Magnesium Komplex is the magnesium with the best reputation (Nature Love) and the best price.
