Watch sunrise with morning coffee
Meditate with focused breathing - 10 mins
Journal 10 mins
Pickleball 2-3 hours
Yoga 10-30 mins
Focused work blocks10am -5pm

Evening
Read / bit of Netflix sometimes
Bed 8:30-9pm ish

Weekends
Gardening / cleaning - lots of incidental movement where I can + pickleball / walking
